15 Months

Now that Baby I is 15 months old, I'm wishing that I had kept up with my monthly posts for him {which, I apparently quit when he turned one!}. True he's not really changing much in size or looks, but wow has his personality been changing a lot! He is not a baby anymore! Here are some things to remember about Baby I at 15 months.

He makes the cutest little faces!

He longs to be wherever his sister is!!

He loves balls,

and books!

And he is becoming quite a little stinker!!

Baby I is not walking yet, he cruises furniture, walls and people like crazy, crawls super fast and walks on his knees, but not his feet {though he walks like a pro if you give him just one finger to hold onto for balance!}.

He is also gaining more and more words (mostly through signs and sounds). Here are some of the things he consistently says at 15 months:

Signs:
Milk (and says /m/ sound)
All done (and says ‘ah duh’)
Brush Teeth
Airplane
Bird (and says /b/ sound)
Book (and says boo – like book without the /k/ sound)
More
Tubby
Kitty
Duck (with some kind of 'quack quack' sound)
Please
Thank you
Fish (opens and shuts lips)
Hat

Words:
Uh Oh (this was his first word - is that a word??)
Ball (ba)
Banana (na nuh) - Do not, I repeat, do not show him a banana unless you intend to give him one!
Blanket (nigh, nigh)
Night, Night (nigh, nigh)
Car (vroom, vroom)
Bye, Bye (bu, bye while waving)
Puppy (oof, oof or something like that)
No, No
When you say, “give me a kiss?” he leans in to give you one complete with ‘muah!’
And occasionally, and I mean just sometimes he says: Mama and Dada
