I love fall for many reasons. Among them are NOT the snow showers, rain showers and altogether gloomy days we have been having this fall! I much prefer to visit a state park to see the colorful leaves or go to a pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkin. And while we have done neither of these things, we did manage to sneak outside one day this week for some fall fun. Playing in the LEAVES! Apparently, 2 year olds are much better at this than 1 year olds. Last year, L was content to sit in the leaves and touch them. See?
This year, D raked her a nice pile of leaves...
which she jumped in...
and walked through...
and...
threw...
in the...
AIR!
She even tried raking but concluded that the rake was 'too little' for her (I think she meant too big!).
